Disliked: Cleanliness
I really wanted this hotel to be at least ok, but it is definitely not a place for a single female to stay. The “entrance” is through a car park garage and around the back, through a dirty storage area, then up stairs just to access the door. I am grateful that my driver went in to make sure there was an actual hotel first, and stayed until I was in my room. I booked the hotel a few months before, but, only as we had difficulty finding the location, were we informed that the address I had was an old address. It is very noisy outside, and it was late before the noise subsided. I understand that the room and bathroom were as clean as they could get it, but that is not the level that should be for a hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not recommended.

Stanza vecchia è fredda senza riscaldamento, non credete alle foto sul sito, per entrare in hotel si passa da un ristorante , bagno meglio scappare, la colazione in camera da schifo.
