This property is still under construction and is dirty and ill-managed. Rooms are not clean at all. Fan made noise and was loosely attached to the ceiling as though it might fall during running. No cleanliness at all. There was a wild cat that came wandering into our room because construction is ongoing.

Overall average, hate the inclusive breakfast option. Paid extra for it for my 3 day stay and they were serving only Aloo Paratha all the time and no other choice. They delayed my check in and made me wait for 30 mins even though I was arrived to the hotel post the check in time. The restaurant service was average.

Disgusting place to stay with and the staff, doesn’t even know what and how the bookings are. I had 2 rooms booked for 3 nights, before o check-in, By the time got out of the airport and came to the hotel. It was 3 AM, however, I had my reservations done prior checking in for three days, so for two rooms. Three nights being paid ahead. They should have at least contacted us before giving our room to somebody else. However coming to the hotel with kids and having a long flight. According to the front desk, staff who wasn’t even in uniform, not being professional whatsoever said we don’t have a reservation or anything when I had itinerary to show with my receipt paid off, Yet they gave us one bed with bed bugs on it
Yet they gave my family and I a mattress-to on the floor, which was disgusting without any sheets or pillows and not forgetting little cockroaches running around, never ever stay in this hotel.
The hotel rates at 3 star is disgusting it should be actually at zero stars or maybe 0.00000 minus minus minus minus stars for people with family and kids to stay there, disgusting people, disgusting stuff and disgusting service and nobody should ever stay there.
If you have kids, stay away from this hotel.
