Unfortunately, we didnât get to stay at the Radisson because our flights were cancelled at the last minute and we had to completely rearrange our trip.
The only experience we can comment on is Radissonâs attitude toward customer service. Even under these exceptional circumstances, they strictly followed their procedures and did not offer any refund( this is the message they passed through hotels.com). Iâm sure they were able to fill our cancelled room with other guests. On top of that, the communication between Hotels.com and Radisson was inconsistent, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Very friendly and helpful service personnel! They made our stay very comfortable and also granted us extra wishes like an additional mattress without issue.
The room was fine, although it was not fully clean once you look past the general fancy look. And the surroundings (Mahipalpur) were really dirty and felt unsafe unfortunately.
