Took a pay on arrival option and informed timely on our delay of flight but still deducted from card. Room was not available on arrival had to stay an adjoining hotel for half a day and breakfast was on the other hotel. Very loud and noisy even reception was not courteous

Finally a hotel in Karol Bagh we are happy with.

We have stayed in many hotels in Karol Bagh over the past 7 years and have never really been happy. This time finding Emperor Palms we were happy with our stay. No hotel in this area will ever be perfect but Emperor Palms was close.

Excellent value hotel in good location, amazing st

This is an excellent value hotel in central Delhi. 5 minutes walk from Karol Bagh metro station. We cannot praise highly enough the excellent service and help from Harpreet the hotel owner and his team. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and helped with travel plans. The local area is very busy with a bustling market street 150m from the hotel. The location is good as it is a no through street and quiet outide. We did have some noisy guests during our 5 night stay who could have been quieter when coming in at 2am. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a very good hotel in this price range, you should not be disappointed.

Poor services

Staff isn't friendly. Room service is extremely poor. Took half n hr to deliver a bottle of water to room. As I was suffering from severe cough, i had also asked for some salt twice, which wasn't delivered. Asked for some warm water with ginger in it during breakfast which was also not provided.

Not so pleasant.

Room stunk of mothballs, which were in both sinks and shower I'm assuming to keep the creepy crawlers from coming up. The blankets smelled of cigarettes too, like staying with Aunt Mildred. Awoke to the entire staff sleeping on couches and stairwells; had to wake them up to check out.
