Customer service was poor. It required a manager to get anything done and it was frustrating. The managemwnt was great but the front line needs to be empowered to do the right thing so that management doeant need to be involved. The hotel was clean and tidy. I actually enjoyed the room but it was on the small side. The resteraunt was overpriced for food that was not very good.

Hotel was good location and niceish room. "Sofa" seating on the side had a small hole in it but large size room. Somewhat expected with a somewhat budget brand. Walls are thin so could hear others in the corridor. Shower room was like UK style university shower halls. Was essentially like a cupboard. Aircon heated the room instead of cooled despite wall instructions stating lower temp could be minimum 21°C (only went to 24°C and room temperature was already 22°C). Had a maintenance technician attend who didn't understand. Remote couldn't turn TV off despite controlling the satellite box. Had to manually turn off at the socket.

I have stayed here a few times, check in super slow can take 15/20 minutes to check in. They have a luggage storage but won’t store laptop most Ibis do. The room are a nice size. Good speed WiFi not wort spending £100 plus as the service and room quality not worth the cost especially we tons of options within 5 mins walk

Review Hotel: Deceptively luxurious compared to the pictures. Room: Much larger than expected. Plenty of room for luggage moving about, etc. Modern furnishings and bathroom with things like mixer taps. I’m quite fussy about things like that. Restaurant: Excellent breakfast with a large selection of western and eastern food. Also a cool bar area with live music in the eveningand a nice little lounge area outside. Staff and service: Friendly, attentive, warm, and welcoming. Location: About 15 minutes from Delhi International Airport. A five minute walk to the local Worldmark mall which has an excellent food court with plenty of bars and restaurants in the Worldmark mall. Value: Excellent value for the price. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommended.

This hotel provides a comfortable, clean and convenient place for layovers at a reasonable price. They were very responsive to any requests for service. I will stay here every time layover in Delhi.
