Unprofessional and Horrible Staff

Horrible Reception and Front Office Staff. The Payment was Done by UPI and was Successful, but the Hotel claimed Payment has failed and forced me to Pay Again. Next day after checking, the was indeed Successful and they confirmed the Receipt of Funds. The Front Office Manager did not respond to my Calls and i had to Call the Hotel Reception Landlines and Talk Tough with them. They said the Refund would take 15 Days for Processing. A Bunch of Unprofessional Scumbags working here.

Best hotel to stay in New Delhi. Business or pleasure, it is our go-to when we visit. Best services, top food, great facilities. Special mention to Arpan who has gone above and beyond to look after us.

Great stay

Great experience Very friendly staff at the front desk. We were looked after well. The food was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and large. I would definitely stay here again.
