Not worth price No hotel feel

I booked it using expedia and I was told to rebook direct because the booking was cancelled. Features: torn bedsheets, no towels, broken/ punctured walls, ripped wallpapers, no proper service and everything including water taps is in rusted condition. WiFi never worked and you had to make calls after calls to front desk

This is rubbish hotel in busy locality of Kalkaji. Avoid as the rooms don't have windows and bathroom condition is poor.

Customer service 10/10

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in since traveling for 4 months- I only give it this title because of the outstanding customer service. The location is a nice safe area, it's central for all the major tourists spots- you can literally plan a big circle of locations :) My last impression- I wanted a rickshaw for the airport but the rickshaw man outside was a bit sketchy so the reception organised for him to leave the area and bargained a nice rickshaw driver for an amazing price! Not only that- they took the number of the driver and then called me 30 mins later to ensure that I was ok and the rickshaw driver was good- HOW AMAZING!!!!
