The Pride Plaza Hotel is roughly a ten minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. A varied selection is available during the dinner hour. Complimentary bottled water is replenishable. The parking staff aided me locating the Get My Guide driver. One needs to show the staff the Get Your Guide confirmation with a contact number.

Location Great but service at the hotel is not that good. We were booked for 6 days but stayed only for 2 days as the was an incident on 10th November 2025 in Delhi. The taxi charges are way to high if you made the reservation at the hotel. Overall experience was not great.

Rooms have an odour… Rooms aren’t clean. The carpet surely needs steam cleaning. From the observation it was evident that the rooms are vaccumed and handed over to next occupants…. Which is fine but once every 3-4 months they should be steam cleaned. Worst part in the room is the shower blind… which was installed to provide a glass feature; but the blind has rust on it due to water contact and it is severely outdated along with having mold. Please take it on board and work on these as I stayed over two rooms and issues were prominent in both rooms. Regards, Amit Chowdhary Melbourne

Check in terrible, staff wanted to take deposit for the mini bar but only accept credit card no other cards. I didn't have it with me, so they told me they will lock the mini bar - what a joke? The room was paid before arrival. Second thing, the bedroom, it was so dirty and smell of mould. I went back to the reception to show them the stage of the room, they changed the room but the second room was dirty too. Please find different hotel if you want clean bedsheets and mattress.
