The hotel is nice. I stayed there this year and last year since it’s close to my family’s house. The service has gone down dramatically between the two years. Housekeeping would not replace all the items. If I called, no one would come for an hour or two. Once I forgot to lock my locker when I left the room for the day, no one would pick up the phone at the front desk/ property. The hotel needs more staffing and improve guest services.
