The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent and served a wide range of western and asian dishes. With our room grade they provided complementary car and driver to the airport. The hotel was recommended by a colleague and we were not disappointed.

One of the best hotels I stayed in in New Delhi had a fantastic experience. The staff was an unbelievable. The food was unbelievable beautiful rooms grateful coming back.

Roseate House is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end property. The rooms are elegant, the service is courteous, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming — exactly what a traveler hopes for near the airport. That said, I was quite frustrated by the lack of flexibility around accessing amenities, particularly the business center. As someone traveling across time zones, I needed a quiet space to work outside of typical office hours, but the staff were unable to open the business center or find a workable solution. For an airport or transit hotel that caters to international travelers, this kind of flexibility is essential. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential — but I hope the management reconsiders the accessibility of amenities to better serve guests who are on different schedules.

I booked and paid for a five star hotel, but instead ended up with motel experience. The room needed renovation badly. The bathroom was terrible with the sewer drain smelling up the whole room. The chemicals used to clean the room or hide the smell ended up causing us allergies.
