This hotel is at excellent location but pity to the management and staff that can’t even maintain the property. It’s been old property and not cleaned therefor lobby is smelly with dirty carpet. Rooms doesn’t even have basic facilities available in even 2 or 3 stars hotel where as charges for food and mini bar is extraordinary costly, I would not stay again here.

Stayed in Room 1015. Very worn off room & furnishings. Smell in the room. Got locked in bathroom because of dysfunctional handle. Phone in toilet not working. Need to shout at top of voice for 10 minutes to get some attention. Fortunately room service unlocked door from outside. Traumatic experience. Been this hotel regular customer for last 10 years. Now I need to rethink.

Even though i booked for one night they denied n were stick about only day time booking infact they charge extra Rs 2240 . It was terrible experience the manager one sardar was so stubbord that he was not looking by booking simply giving excuse that special condition where it is day time booking up to mid night.
