Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Shabby Hotel

To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well.
