We were thrilled it was pet friendly, and there were a lot of other folks staying there that were comfortable with dogs around including one dog that became best bodies with mine. Fabulous neighborhood great walking conditions to get around and visit the town. I do think that this place particular at least when we were there smelled as there had been a cat in space which is a different smell than a dog because of a litter box. I would definitely stay here again and actually plan to try to next winter. The folks were responsive, the pool was very nice and it was pretty well appointed.

Nice apartment with some quirks (buildings laundry room next to one bedroom which can be noisy). Beds are firm. Nice pool area and private terrace out back. Dog friendly, dogs loved it. Overall a good stay in Delray.

Great location and nice property!

We enjoyed our visit very much. The location close to Atlantic Ave and the intercostal was terrific. The 2 bedroom unit was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was lovely and the place is very dog friendly.

Winter getaway

We have traveled to Delray many times but not stayed in this part of town, it did not disappoint. The location is close to the beach, Atlantic Ave. Unit was modern and spotless. Backyard pool area was so relaxing. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Overall clean property. Location quiet and close to downtown and beach. The patio could've been cleaned up a bit more, but we were seldom there but to eat and sleep. The pool was beautiful, especially at night with the landscape lights! Owner and property manager were quick to respond to our needs! Cute and Clean!

This sweet little place was perfect for us (group of 3), and located in an ideal spot...10-15 min. walk to Atlantic Ave. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and the shared pool area was a nice bonus. Our only recommendations would be a hand towel ring/bar for bathroom, and a better cooking pan in kitchen. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend to others!
