Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: King bed with premium linens and ample closet space.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with chic décor.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ideal for kids or additional guests.

Two full bathrooms feature spa‑quality towels and organic bath products. The home sleeps six guests.



Outdoor living

Lush tropical landscaping frames a spacious patio with luxury outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Pool heating is available for an additional $125 per night from October 15 through May 31; request at least three days in advance and the heat will remain on for the entire stay. Pool and beach towels are provided, and driveway parking is available.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen boasts high‑end appliances, a coffee bar with a Starbucks drip station, cooking basics, tea, sugar and creamer, plus an Instant Pot and blender. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine with your reservation and high‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the home.

Child‑safe door alarms, kids’ utensils, plates and bowls, and a travel crib (available on request) ensure peace of mind for families.



Concierge & services

Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 per pet fee. No cats are allowed due to allergies. Service animals are always welcome. Unauthorized pets may be removed and subject to fines up to $1,500.



House rules

Maximum of six overnight guests; no parties or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. No indoor smoking or vaping; violations incur a $1,500 fine. All guests must sign the rental agreement prior to arrival.
