It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.



The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Denia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.

Very enclosed garden and private. No views. Handy for beach and Beach bar/cafe. Local restaurants only average. 10 minute drive to Denia. Small parking spot. Accommodation bit dated but clean and acceptable.
