The apartment is located in the Vistamar building, just 30 m from the beach of Punta del Raset beach. One of the best beaches in Denia. It is very well located, facing the beach and only 250 meters from the beginning of the promenade with restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you need.



The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed and another with 2 single beds. Sheets and bath towels are washed and ironed in laundry, as in hotels. We want you to feel at home



You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave You will also have internet with wifi (free) for which you need to stay connected and a new LED TV in case you want to watch a movie.



The dining room has a comfortable armchair where you can nap after lunch and a spacious table where 4 people can comfortably eat. If you want you can eat at the table on the terrace or have breakfast watching the beach on the table with chairs available in the apartment.



Children are welcome! We can provide you with a travel cot, a baby chair and anything you can think of that will make your vacation easier, check with me!

The beach of Punta del Raset that is in front of our apartment is the closest beach to the urban center is also one of the most spacious with 600 meters in length and a width of 75 meters.
