The entire property is fenced and guarantees total privacy. Vegetative hedges protect from external views.
The villa has an elevated terrace surrounded by plants and overlooking the swimming pool. It is equipped with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade.
Another terrace is picturesquely situated next to the lemon tree. Here one can enjoy a beautiful view of the MontgĂł at sunset.
The third terrace is covered and forms the barbecue area with a new outdoor gas grill and a modern table and chairs.
From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The area is also suitable for doing yoga and Pilates exercises in the morning or at sunset.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
