This modern villa is located in a quiet area of ​​Denia, near the city center and 2.5 km from the beach.
The luxurious house has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has a modern air conditioning, private pool, sea and mountain views incl. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
The interior is divided into two floors. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with bathroom "en suite" and a separate toilet. Une trĂšs belle villa contemporaine

Beaucoup de points positifs pour cette villa. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le Montgo, des prestations de qualitĂ©, la villa est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et ne manque de rien. L ensemble est trĂšs spacieux. La cuisine extĂ©rieure avec ses 2 planchas est tres agreable. Le soir la qualitĂ© des Ă©clairages rend la villa magique. Point nĂ©gatif : la.piscine pourrait ĂȘtre plus rĂ©guliĂšrement entretenue et attention Denia est une villa rĂ©putĂ©e pour ses vents et la villa est assez exposĂ©e.

Alles wie beschrieben.

Super Villa mit toller Aussicht.Sehr gut in der KĂŒche ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Einziger Nachteil ist der hohe Stromverbrauch des Hauses bzgl der Klimaanlage, je nach Zimmerwahl und Temperatur. Trotz das wir sparsam waren in die Klima in den Schlafzimmern ausgeschaltet haben war der Verbrauch höher als der inkludierte Verbrauch. Heisst wir durften noch etwas nachzahlen. Das wir nicht so schlimm. Leider hat sich der Verwalter aber um ca. 50 verrechnet. Das ist uns erst zu Hause aufgefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz eine super Villa :)

Fantastic Villa with great location

Pool and terrace is amazing, aircon & facilities second to none even with a lightning storm, master suites all fantastically spacious, the smaller bedrooms the showers are a little small if you're an adult other than that we had a lovely stay and can't recommend the Villa and Denia for a great holiday!

Fabulous villa

Just arrived back after 7 days stay at this fabulous villa - we were a party of 9 a mixture of teens and adults and it has honestly been a fantastic break - the Villa is well equipped and has everything you could need. The pool was perfect for the extremely hot days, and the beds were super comfortable. We really couldn’t see any negative points at all- thank you for providing such a quality Villa. By the end of the week I had the hill mastered. With that in mind however I would say that if staying at this amazing property a car is essential. Thank you again

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten im November 2023 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus in Denia. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Hafen von Denia ist traumhaft. Siegfried hat sich sehr gut um alles gekĂŒmmert und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. die Tapasbar in der NĂ€he. Er war auch immer ansprechbar und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne moderne Villa in Denia Schöne moderne Villa

Die Unterkunft war beim Antreffen noch viel schöner als von den Bildern. Man parkt sein Auto steigt aus und sieht durch die tollen Fensterfronten das schöne blaue Mittelmeer und die mega Terrasse. Die KĂŒchenausstattung der Villa ist unĂŒbertrefflich - bestimmt besser als bei dem Einen oder Anderen daheim. Es ist alles perfekt organisiert: in den RĂ€umlichkeiten, bei der organisatorischen Abwicklung. Es ist alles sauber. Gerade in diesen Zeiten ist es wichtig auf Hygiene zu achten. Hier braucht man in keinem Punkt bedenken zu haben.Unser lieber Verwalter Siegfried war bereits von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme eine tolle, kompetente und sehr hilfsbereite Person. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Fam. Schneider

Tolle Finca mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub benötigt ausgestattet. Siegfried hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat fĂŒr alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr. Wir kommen defintiv sehr gerne wieder!!!

Zomervakantie.

We hebben een zeer mooie vakantie gehad in de woning. Alles wat je maar kon denken was aanwezig. Een zeer mooi huis met een prachtige omgeving en magnifieke uitzichten. DĂ©nia zelf is ook een zeer mooie en bruisende stad waar van alles te beleven is. Gezellige marktjes, straten en met een zeer leuke avondsfeer. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

Waanzinnige vakantie beleefd

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door dit waanzinnig prachtige huis. De ligging, de indeling, materiaalgebruik, het uitzicht, er ontbrak werkelijk niks. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er heerlijk kunnen koken, de keuken was van alle kookmaterialen voorzien. Buiten hebben we fijn kunnen grillen met uitzicht op de zee. De bedden lagen heerlijk, en het uitzicht is zelfs vanuit de douche magisch. Iedere morgen hebben we fijn gezwommen en genoten van de luxe die het huis had te bieden. De omgeving is ook zeker de moeite waard om te verkennen. Mooie plekken en ook de haven heeft heerlijke restaurants met pråchtig uitzicht op de boten en ondergaande zon. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Siegfried war super, kompetent, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war grosszĂŒgig, jedoch haben Espressotassen gefehlt. Einziger Minuspunkt mit kleinen Kinder: Wenn der Poolbereich nass ist, ist es sehr rutschig und gefĂ€hrlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder😉

Casa y entornos estupendos pero con un gran problema

La casa estaba genial, la piscina, las vistas, el entorno eran estupendos, pero había un gran problema que, por momemtos, hacía la estancia bastante desagradable. Hay un problema de fosa séptica y, en ecosiones, el olor es insoportable. Una pena.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartung noch ĂŒbertroffen. Die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz der RealitĂ€t. Ein ĂŒberaus sympathischer und engagierter Verwalter -Siegfried-war fĂŒr alle Fragen jederzeit verfĂŒgbar. Kalte GetrĂ€nke , ein Traumblick auf den Hafen von Denia und ein genial konzipiertes Haus mit Design-KĂŒche, ensuite BĂ€dern , Überlaufpool, unzĂ€hligen Liegen und SonnenstĂŒhlen und gepflegtem Garten erwarteten uns -4 erwachsene und 3 Teenager-bei Anreise. Es fehlte tatsĂ€chlich an nichts. Die KĂŒche bestens ausgestattet. Was man wissen sollte : man darf nicht mit offenen Feuer grillen, weil der Wind hin und wieder böig auffrischt. Es gĂ€be aber Platten zum kochen in der Außenpatio und natĂŒrlich einen Haufen toller Restaurants in Denia selber. FusslĂ€ufig auch ein sehr nettes FrĂŒhstĂŒck -und Tapas Restaurant. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, danke 🙏 Joachim und Siegfried-das war wirklich eine tolle Woche fĂŒr uns!!!

Dream house

This was a perfect experience! We highly recommend this property and want to be back in the next season. The communication was really perfect and Siegfried showed us everything we needed and wanted to know. As we have been visiting the same area for 13 years now, this Villa was the very best. It is a modern villa in a beautiful place. In comparison to the others we have tried, we really slept well! There is an aircon in every room and there are really hot summers in Costa Blanca! And beds are so spacious, our family is really tall so we loved that fact very much. Every bedroom (except one out of 5) has got a privat bathroom. The “endless” pool was clean and great, although the tiles on the steps are a little bit sharp so our 6 years old doughter has injured her leg there, but since then we started to pay attention to it, so there was no other problem with it. What we found really helpfull was the fact, that there are two restaurants in walking distance, where you can have your breakfast, dinner and lunch as well. By car you can reach the beautiful Port of DĂ©nia within 10 minutes with many restaurants and tapas bars altough you are staying in a quiet place under the beautifull mountain. Beaches are clean, wide and and not too busy even in the summer season, in last 13 years we habe never had really bad wheather during our holiday stay.
