The main residence is distributed on a single floor and includes a charming studio next to the pool.

First of all, in the main house, the two bedrooms have two 90cm beds placed together, as well as air conditioning and a bathroom inside one of the rooms.

In the hallway next to the rooms, we can find a recently renovated bathroom.

The American bar kitchen is equipped with all kinds of amenities, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.

From the spacious dining room with a fireplace is where we find the best views of the house. From its large windows, Denia and its bay can be perfectly seen. In addition, it has access to a covered terrace perfect for dining on the mild winter days of the Costa Blanca.

To access the pool and the studio, we have to go down some stairs that run through the beautiful garden of the villa, composed of lawn extensions, palm trees, and different plants (the plot is completely fenced). In this area, we also find a nice barbecue that will allow you to enjoy the pool like never before in summer.
