The villa is located in the well-kept, sought-after and quiet district of MontgĂł near Denia. The next two big shopping markets are just 1300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters. It is about 2.5 km to DĂ©nia city. The nearest sandy beach of DĂ©nia town is just 2.0 km away.

The villa is about 130 m2. The property is completely enclosed with an outer wall and automatic gate. The total area is about 850 m2. The garden is maintained weekly, the pool area and whirlpool depending on the weather and needs of a gardener and caretaker. It has an 8 x 4 meter private pool with outdoor shower. In addition, there is a whirlpool with 3-4 places available on the roof terrace. Also, the villa has a practical summer / outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas stove. On the roof of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. In addition, it has a covered carport and a separate access accessible laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house was largely refurnished in November 2017, partially renovated and equipped with new electrical and air conditioning units. In addition, the garden was renewed and the garden planting partly replaced or supplemented. In spring 2018, a professional whirlpool with 52 massage jets was installed on the roof terrace. The whirlpool can accommodate 3-4 people.

Generally, the villa has several built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), tea maker and fridge with freezer compartment.

By satellite you have various German and Spanish TV channels available. In addition, there is Wi-Fi reception throughout the hotel. (Costs including house rent)

Pets are not allowed and smoking in the house is not allowed.

The villa has gas central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and cheminee in the living room.

For the final cleaning is a flat rate of 130 euros. For the bed linen, hand and bath towels are a flat rate of 30 euros to pay.

A cot and high chair is available if required. (Flat fee if used 30 euros)

Lovely villa with fabulous views !

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in January. Samuel was an excellent host, giving suggestions for walks etc in the area. The villa was very comfortable with everything you need and the outside space beautiful albeit a bit chilly to use as much as in the warmer months. Denia and all it has to offer is very accessible.

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There is a lovely pool. garden, outdoor kitchen, grill (gas and charcoal), and jacuzzi- all set on a beautiful hillside with sea views from the rooftop and mountain views. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated, and the owner, Samuel, is helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a perfect family vacation and I wouldn't change a thing!

We visited Denia in April, 2023. The property was truly a home away from home. Samuel was kind and incredibly helpful. Our highlight was watching the sunset from the hot tub, wonderful views! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, thank you! We will definitely be coming back.

Had a really great stay

My Friends and I Hand a super nice stay at the house. Great BBQ, night swims in the Pool, amazing walk up the hill. đŸœđŸ„˜đŸ‘™ The Communication was really good, got some nice recommendations for restaurants, Bars, beaches. đŸč🏝 Also the City is pretty nice. The only thing you have to be aware of That you would probably need a car, because the house is up the hill. Thank you for having us 😊

Excellent villa / facilities in a lovely part of Spain

We stayed in the Villa the last 2 weeks of August, the facilities are excellent including the pool / hot tub. The location is quite but close enough to the port and beaches in Denia. We had an excellent family holiday for 5. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need and items for the beach also which made it ideal for our family. The villa has amazing views and we could not fault it. Thanks Samuel for letting us stay and for signposting us to all the local restaurants, beaches and days out and making us all feel so welcome.

Highly recommended

A very comfortable house and equipped as a home from home with very modern appliances. Central heating was very efficient. Delightful garden, beautifully tended, large pool, whirlpool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Most of all, the host Samuel was charming and incredibly helpful. If there is a Vrbo category above premium for hosts, Samuel deserves it!

Fantastic family holiday

I can't recommend Samuel's villa highly enough, it is absolutely superb, there is everything you could ever need for a fantastic holiday. The accommodation is perfect for a family, very comfortable with lovely furniture and fittings. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the outside cooking facilities perfect. Would highly recommend! Very peaceful and relaxing. Samuel the owner is brilliant, always in contact and genuinely concerned that you are enjoying your holiday, nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic house in great location

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. DĂ©nia was lovely with lots of shops/places to eat only 10 mins drive away. The location is lovely and views from the property are gorgeous. We will miss the view of the mountains!

Family trip to Denia

We came to visit my sister in law, brother in law and nephew. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. AC is abundant which was important for those of us traveling from Texas USA. We did not cook much but kitchen had all needed supplies. Pool and pool deck were lovely. As the owners warn, the wind can be unpredictable so best not to leave things out (umbrella or canopy). 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you toSamuel and his family from The Pothier Family ❀. Fabulous property

The property itself was lovely, what we were not prepared for were the amazing views (sea one way - mountain the other), take your walking shoes for the amazing trail round the mountain! The villa is very clean, maintained to an exceptional standard and extremely well equipped. We have to give a huge thanks to the owner, Samuel, communication was great, and he was very welcoming, providing us with all we needed including some great recommendations for restaurants and trips. Thank you so much! We hope to come back - but two weeks were not enough!

Amazing stay at a beautiful Villa!

We stayed with my husband and my 7 month old daughter for one week in January. From the very start Samuel was great at answering all my questions, he met us when we arrived showed us everything and explained how to use the hot tub. He was a very wonderful host and had the house ready with a cot and highchair for our daughter! The Villa is even more beautiful than you see in the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, newly renovated bathrooms and very comfortable huge bed! The garden is spectacular, very well maintained, you can tell the Villa is very loved and taken care of! We loved the area because we go hiking and loved that we could walk up a nice trail close by the house! Highly recommended this Villa! The pool, the hot tub, mountains and beach, it has everything! Will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans la maison de Samuel. La terrasse est propre et bien dĂ©corĂ©e (ma fille voulait partir avec la statue de lion :-) ). La cuisine extĂ©rieure est vraiment l’atout principal de la maison.

Maison trÚs agréable et bien équipée avec la vue montagne et mer. Le propriétaire est trÚs gentil et communique les bonnes adresses du secteur. Un séjour trÚs positif.

Magnifique villa

La villa est superbe et l endroit incroyable ,une vue magnifique de la montagne et de la mer . Un accueil trÚs chaleureux de la part de Samuel qui était accompagné d une amie traductrice. La villa est impeccable , il y a vraiment tout ce qui faut et la décoration est trÚs soignée. La piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi et le magnifique jardin est paradisiaque. Et merci pour tout les liens que Samuel a eu la gentillesse de nous envoyer pour agrémenter nÎtre voyage , Site à visiter, restaurant ect .... Merci pour tout et vivement de pouvoir y revenir .

Super séjour

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette villa et avons bien profités de la piscine et du jacuzzi avec une magnifique double vue entre mer et montagne. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et donne de super plans de sortie sur dénia et proximité. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité au moindre souci. Villa avec toutes les commodités, bien rangés propre et sur équipée. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis reposant.

Exceptionnel

Splendide villa tout confort et super équipée. Piscine chauffée mais le jacuzzi a été plus apprécié en cette période (hiver). Samuel et sa femme nous ont trÚs bien accueilli et toujours trÚs disponible. Ils nous ont donnés pas mal de bons plans aussi. Un grand merci à eux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir ;-)
