Very convenient for shops, bars and restaurants and a short drive away from Pamukkale. The Spa and pool facilities were good. We opted for half board - the breakfast was very good with a big selection on the buffet. The dinner was quite limited - again buffet style but if we stayed at this hotel again we would go out to eat locally. We chose a pool view when booking but were told by reception that there were no pool view rooms available. This was after they asked us to pay in full again even though we had already paid Expedia. They said that Expedia hadn't paid them. This was eventually sorted out and we didn't have to pay again luckily, Our rooms were not cleaned or serviced during our 2 night stay and the floor in our room was sticky in places. However, on the whole, this hotel is good value for money with good spa facilities.
