We had 10 people and never felt crowded.The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were an added bonus and "kids" of all ages loved playing ping-pong, foosball, pool, air hockey, etc. in the basement. Also, we "love" the history of the house as my grandmother grew up in this home and we vacationed there as children 'before' the amazing renovation.

This home has everything for a memorable family vacation, with pool and spa a highlight. Beautifully restored and newer construction well appointed. Owner and management co quick to respond to one small issue. The yard and gardens were quintessential “Cape Cod”. Gathering spaces were plentiful for our large extended family.....but outdoors was plentiful and the most popular spot. Pool during days; spa and fire pit after sundown. This is an A spot! We will return to the Cape....abd to this property!

Stellar Summer Street Experience

This lovely home was perfect for 3 generations...grandparents, grown children with their spouses and their little ones. Having a pool in the yard was a wonderful option for a beach break. The yard is beautifully landscaped with an abundance of hydrangeas and lilies. The furniture was comfortable and ample for all of us to enjoy each other's company. The decor was lovely and the kitchen included all that was needed for meal preparation. We are grateful to Martha Murray Realty as well as the homeowner for sharing this stellar property allowing visitors to have joyful memories of a Cape Cod holiday.

Perfect Location, Perfect for Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 17 Summer Street! The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, in a great central location. Inman Road Beach is an easy half mile walk up the road. We stayed with our college-age children and their friends, with plenty of room for everyone- it would be great for two families as well. We used the heated in-ground pool and spa every day, and the fire pit was a fun place to gather at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was easy to use, so we were able to cook a lot during our week, but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The owner even made us feel welcome by raising the Maryland flag in front of the house, and greeting us with cookies from a local bakery. We remarked many times during our vacation how glad we were that we chose to stay at 17 Summer Street because it was so perfect for us.

The house is beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and 2 washers and dryers. Sitting on the porch surrounded by hydrangeas is a treat. The pool was well used daily and was the game room every night. Thanks again for such a great vacation!
