Close to golf, biking and walking trails, and many local favorites, this home is perfectly positioned for experiencing the very best of Cape Cod’s coast, culture, and easy-going spirit.
The Space Original woodwork, nautical accents, and vintage charm are seamlessly paired with a modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and most all furniture is brand new! Mini-split A/C units throughout keep the home comfortable on warm summer nights or, open the windows to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.
The laundry room off the kitchen includes a full-size washer/dryer. Start your morning at the coffee bar (Keurig and drip) in the breakfast nook, and enjoy meals at the large dining table, perfect for lobster dinners, Thanksgiving feasts, or family game nights.
Sunroom & Living Areas The sun-filled sunroom is a cozy retreat — lounge on the plush sectional (queen sleeper), catch up on shows on the smart TV with cable, or curl up with a book and a cup of coffee. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm, relaxing environment.
