New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. Plan a family or friend week.

Wonderful Cape Cod cottage with a newer large sunroom showcasing the large fenced in yard. Close to a variety of restaurants and many beaches. We wanted a quick getaway with our dogs and it met and exceeded our expectations! Chris the owner was very communicative too.

Chris' cottage is our go to when visiting Cape Cod. This was our 3rd stay. With the new sunroom and great outdoor patio it is even better than the first 2 stays. Chris is welcoming and accommodating.

Really met our needs

Chris is a great host. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the house is clean and easy to use. We wished that the closets had been empty for our use, but there are enough hooks and things to hang clothes on that it was a minor issue. The location near Dennisport is very convenient to both Dennis and Harwich though a little tricky to get to depending on how you're approaching. Overall, a great stay and like I said, totally met our needs for 2025.

Loved the location of this home centrally located on the Cape. There are some shops nearby that are within easy walking distance. Our dog loved the side yard would stay here again.

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood

Cozy little Cape in a quiet neighborhood a 15 min walk from the beach. There’s not a ton of shops or restaurants in the nearby town but we enjoyed it as a home base for exploring the area
