Great location

Eight of us stayed here for a week mid June. The location is great, although the driveway is around a curve, which makes it sketchy getting out.The thing we liked best were the three full bathrooms, and four showers and plenty of hot water for a group of eight.Kitchen is a little tight, but the kitchen table was big enough for all of us.The backyard is beautiful with lots of chairs, a big table and plenty of lawn for games. A fire pit would make it perfect.The upstairs twin bedroom is extremely tight, You have to shuffle to the side to open the door and it’s a bit of a challenge for two adults.The reason it is so small that they expanded the upstairs bathroom to make it a full bath, and as previously stated, that is a huge strong point. We did not use the grill, but there is a nice grill and a picnic table in addition to the deck and patio furniture. Quick walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Would definitely return.

Perfect House!

Stayed with my siblings and their families and it was perfect! 3 full bathrooms make any vacation so much easier. The house is nicely sectioned so that kids can sleep away from the noise of the main living room. The outside space is great for all purposes and the walk to the public beach is an easy quarter mile. We also especially enjoyed the Sailing Cow! Will be back next summer!

Reunion #1 to be continued.

We loved the house. Plenty of room for our small family reunion of 6. One of the reasons for going to the Cape was to do the bike trail. Access was so near it was perfect to load and unload our bikes at the trail. Steve was very helpful and informative. Only a text away. Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay mid-Cape!

Nice fit and great location to stay for our multi-generational family vacation! Just a few minutes' walk to Hagis Beach and conveniently located close to restaurants, mini-golf and shops. We enjoyed grilling, outdoor dining, and relaxing on the deck and patio; also rounds of family badminton in the large, well-maintained yard. Dense shrubs border the property to provide privacy and quiet road noise. Our hosts, Steve and Emily, were very responsive and accommodating. Check-in and out were a breeze, and features like the large-capacity washer/dryer and extra towel bars in the bathrooms for drying beach and bath towels were helpful. Three full bathrooms plus outdoor shower were convenient for our group of 8, though one of the upstairs bedrooms was tight for our two teens (would be totally fine for younger children). Large indoor dining table, living room and den provide ample space to gather for puzzles and boardgames (provided by the hosts) during rainy or cool weather. Nice accommodations for large or extended families, two families with kids, or other groups!

Very well equipped and maintained. Great location. 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurant and fish market. Ample quantity of beach chairs. Outdoor furniture and yard were perfect for us.

My family had a blast! Beautiful property that is a five minute walk to a beach. Tons of room for the ten of us. Plenty of space for corn hole and a wonderful deck to eat outside and enjoy the weather! Highly recommend!

Great Quiet Time Away

We had a great time. We went during the quiet season which was nice. Steve was very easy to work with and communicate with through the whole process. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Plenty of stores within driving distance. Cozy and clean. Nice little getaway.
