Our holiday Villa is matchless for giving you that 'home away from home' feeling. Comfortable, modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and direct sea-views. Perfect for few families or a group of friends sharing wishing to be together but also have their separate space. The villa is fully air-conditioned in the summer and also equipped with heating which can be used as heating during the cooler months.
The property also includes a generous garden and swimming pool area equipped with summer kitchen, BBQ & sun loungers, where guests can really enjoy their time relaxing by the pool and eating alfresco. A removable safety fence to keep poolside safety to a maximum allowing parents the freedom to enjoy being poolside with little ones.
well positioned , a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and a beaches with crystal clear water.
Other restaurants and many sea activities such as sailing, kayaking and more are dotted along the seafront.
The historic town of Herceg Novi is a ten minute drive with its delightful old town and picturesque harbour and sea front, there you will find much larger beaches with a great range of lively beach bars and superb restaurants.
please note that occasional noise can be heard from passing cars in front of the villa.
in addition there are 3 car parking spaces reserved for staying guests.

Djenovici is a short drive from Herceg novi and Kotor - both nice towns with great markets. Hiking up Subra is a must and hiking along the ridge above Kotor bay is spectacular. A nice way to relax after busy active days is with a nice long cocktail at Tramontana followed by dinner at Konoba Catovica Mlini...its really tasty and has been well reviewed by Lonely Planet, Fodors, World Top 7

Everything I expected plus !

This property was perfect for our family holiday and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for somewhere to accommodate a large group family holiday. The pool was a perfect size, all three levels were self contained and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were great. There is a wonderful beachside walk with bustling restaurants and bars all along it called Bambi beach, this is only a ten minute walk from the property. All of the businesses along that beach catered for families so we had many good evenings down there. If we were to come to Montenegro again I would not hesitate at booking this property again, it had everything we needed and the resort of Denovici is beautiful and unique.

Et dejligt sted og godt hus. Lækker pool, der blev renset to gange. Vi måtte rengøre opvaskemaskinen i udekøkkenet før den fungerede. ( Kørte et program med rensemiddel) Helt elendigt at begynde med. Gulvet ved udekøkkenet var særdeles snavset. Køle- fryseskabet var ikke godt, manglede rengøring og gummilisten forneden i døren var defekt. Et toilet havde et defekt toiletbræt, et andet tolilet var lidt utæt. I forhold til prisen var der for mange defekte ting.

perfect house for our group

The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of space. Communication wasn't always the easiest prior to arrival as the local team did not always respond to emails or messages. There were a few very minor issues with the house itself but nothing to stop enjoyment of our holiday. As stated in the house details there is road noise, but it is considerable and constant. We were out each day so didn't get disturbed too much by it apart from the evenings and early morning in the outside kitchen, but we did not want a relaxing day lying by the pool because of it. Overall a nice house and excellent value for money, the only reason I would not stay here again would be the noise.

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima location anche se un po' distante dal mare. la casa era perfetta e in ordine, inutile dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli spazi sono adeguati al numero di persone, sia dentro che fuori si mangia comodamente in 12. La consigliamo caldamente a chiunque dovesse fare una vacanza in zona

Our great vacaOur great vacation at Villa Denovici

We stayed at Villa Denovici on 25.6.2016-2.7.2016 altogether three families (13 persons). When we arrived to villa, a local guy Pedja received us and friendly told us about restaurants, markets, beaches etc. The villa was very comfortable and even nicer than in the pictures. The pool area was amazing. It was great to cook outside and relax and especially kids loved to swim all the time. The traffic was quite noisy and disturbed at first, but we got used to it soon. Montenegro is a beautiful country. Generally service was good and people were kindly, although English has not been spoken every places. Denovici itself is a small village with beautiful scenery. It was easy and affordable to travel by bus across country. We can recommend this villa to bigger group or two or three families.

Great home

Awesome villa with even more amazing outdoors. We loved it, the most we enjoyed the pool, summer kitchen and its distance to the sea and shop, tho we did have a car and were traveling along Montenegro to see more places. Accommodation is just how it looks in the pictures and it met our expectations. Owner was kind and the most importantly, the villa was clean. All in all, we would love to visit again.
