I wasn't allowed to take my bags upstairs to the room. They were kept in a room that anyone could access.
Utility outlets weren't working at the bed. 2 of three showers weren't working. Place was dirty, kitchen was gross.
1. 시설 자체는 노후되지 않은 편. 깔끔함.
2. 리셉션에 사람이 없는 경우가 많아 간단한 질문을 하려고 해도 도움을 청할 수 없음.
3. 요청하지 않은 서비스는 먼저 챙겨주지 않음. 청소, 수건 교체는 물론 다 찬 휴지통 교체도 매번 요청해야 이뤄짐. 그러나 직원이 안 보여서 그 요청을 바로바로 못하는 게 문제.
4. 처음 숙소 가자마자 화장실 바닥에 먼지, 머리카락, 휴지등이 많이 있는 것을 발견. 청소한 결과가 이렇다면 청소 요청해도 결과가 만족스럽지 않을것 같아 여분의 칫솔로 바닥면, 벽면 타일등을 전부 청소. 곰팡이는 없었지만 간단히 벗겨지는 물이끼와 흙먼지가 제법 있었음.
그 후 방과 화장실 청소를 매일 내가 하고, 6일째에 처음으로 방청소를 부탁함. 이불과 배게에서 냄새가 났기 때문. 그런데 청소가 끝난 후 들어가니 배게 커버는 모서리 라인에 맞지도 않게 솜이 우겨져 들어가 있고, 흙 얼룩이 선명히 보이는 시트는 아예 갈아져 있지도 않았음. 바닥에 모래가 밟혀서 다시 물걸레로 청소하니 다량의 흙먼지가 나옴.
5. 수건이 얼룩이 많고 노란것이 이해가 안 되었으나 지내면서 그 이유를 알게 됨. 이 곳은 새 수건을 알아서 교체해주지 않으므로 수건을 말려가며 썼음. 그러다 수건 교체를 요구하자 출입구에 있는 선반에서 꺼내줌. 그곳은 호텔의 온갖 비품이 들어 있으나 잠겨 있지 않음. 직원들이 안 보이는때가 많으므로 투숙객들이 알아서 빼서 쓰는데, 다른 호텔과 달리 관리감독이 없다보니 무분별하게 가져가서 사용함. 쉽게 구할수 있다보니 용도에 맞지 않게 바닥청소나 음식 얼룩 제거등에도 사용하다보니 수건이 모두 그렇게 되었던 것.
6. 마지막 3일은 와이파이 기계가 고장나서 와이파이가 안 됨. 몇 차례 요청하였으나 첫날 저녁에만 수리하는 사람 보이고 그 다음날엔 작업 하는 사람조차 안 보임. 나올때까지 고쳐지지 않았음.
7. 호텔 자체가 가진 장점이 큰데, 관리가 전혀 안 되어 망가지고 있는 느낌. 호텔의 정책에 협조하고 규칙을 잘 지킬수록 손해보는 느낌. 직원들의 체계를 잡고, 불성실함을 고칠 필요가 있어 보임.
