Bathroom faucet stuck leaking the entire stay. Left multiple messages and tried contacting to resolve, but nothing. I could not sleep due to the loud noise. The property itself was a slum. The only reason I booked was because they had a hot tub which of course was not functional. Online photos deceiving as well. HORRIBLE.

Unbeknownst to me the booking was cancelled due to the building being fumigated. I received the access codes from Expedia the day of arrival so all seemed fine. When I arrived at the apartment complex office to make sure my car was registered to park they didn’t have me as a registered guest. I contacted The Landing who then told me the reservation had been canceled. The call was directed to customer support who then disconnected the call. The apartment manager contacted the local Landing representative who told them it was canceled due to the fumigation. The Landing rep was given my number by the apartment manager, and I was told she would call me. I was hoping to just get another apartment in a different building. I never received a call from the local rep. I was told by the apartment manager that The Landing only had access to the one building so another apartment would not be possible there. I called Expedia and was trying to find an alternative. During all of this my wife was looking and calling around for a hotel. After about 2 hours of her searching we were able to find a nearby hotel for dbl the price. The property was fine and the apartment management tried to help but the communication from The Landing was nonexistent and put us in a terrible situation at the last minute.
