Roaches
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe room that we checked into was roach infested. Live roaches were climbing on the walls, toilet, around appliances. We check out no more than 5 minutes later and requested a refund. The night clerk said that she had to get approval from her manager for a refund.

Horrible place. There was no bathroom door on the bathroom. The toilet and tub were literally out in the middle of the room with no privacy. The front desk said they knew there was no door but they didn’t have any other rooms and refused to do anything to help. The tub had long hairs and unclean.

Dogs, cats all over the place ! Also had to take my on trash out and get new towels daily.

Thank you for your feedback! We are an alternative stay (Extended stay) hotel. Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash, however, stay over services are available every 14 days! We are also pet friendly! Thank you for your feedback and I will be sure to share this with the team!
