Hello, please try a suite next time you stay. You booked our most affordable room. Everything is bigger in the suites. Bigger room, bigger views, bigger tv's, bigger jetted tubs.

Our stay was a disaster from beginning to end. I searched on Travelocity of place with a hot tub, only to find out that the room I reserved did not have one. I called the staff and the process of talking with them was painful. When we arrived, a man took us on a tour and then took us to our room. It was a room with a hot tub. I shared with the man that this room is not ours. And he said that yes it was. So I thought they had upgraded us. That evening, another couple unlocked the room and walked in. They had reserved the room. The man had taken us to the wrong room. The couple was willing to take our original room. But the management called me up and started saying lies about me and my wife, saying that we did all this, it was our fault, and that I had been calling them and causing trouble for days. This was a last minute birthday trip that we had planned the night before. We have never been treated so poorly. Customer service, management, and and staff were horrible. I would NEVER go back there. It was utter chaos for me and a number of other couples. Cool property, RIGHT off the highway. Thin walls. Horrible operation. Parking is horrible. Doors don't actually lock unless you you press a button outside. Never again.

Hi Chris, so sorry you are upset. This doesn't suprise us.l Your stay was not a disaster from start to finish. You room was booked over Expedia and you picked the room you were to be in. You picked the cheapest and last room we had available. When you arrived, you told the caretaker you were in a hot tub room. This is not true. You confirmation sent and opened and also your check in instructions clearly stated you were in a regular guest room. You had called before your stay asking if you could upgrade to a suite but we told you they were already all booked. You ended up getting the hot tub suite anyway since you talked to the lady that really booked that room so she would feel sorry for you. Chris, it is so sad you would cause all this drama. Not only did you ruin the other guests stay by staying in their room, you tried to make it look like we did something wrong. You were in the wrong room and you knew it. You are the one that caused all this drama that was not necessary. We sent you a confirmation email that you opened stating you were in a different room and we also emailed you check in instructions, that you also opened, that stated the real room you were supposed to be in. There was no confusion on our part and only trying to get you into the cheaper room you really booked. Sorry if this upset you. So sad. It's not really a surprise though since you called a couple times asking if you could upgrade to a hot tub suite and we told you they were already booked. Now you do this. Because of you, we had to discount the other lady's room over 90 because of you. Good luck Chris.

The website to this property doesn't work, so I couldn't book via the actual website, and so I had to book via Expedia and they charged my account in full for the stay a week before we even checked in after Expedia stated it would charged half now and half when you checked in!!??!! This property looks very nice on the outside, however, the staff was terrible, no one even answered the phone when we called on two separate occasions to confirm our reservation, and a check out receipt was not available upon leaving. The halls had a weird smell, the rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be and the staff were all very strange people and gave us a creepy weird vibe, we wouldn't stay here again or recommend this place to anyone!!!

not sure what happened with the phones because there is always someone here 24 hours a day. sorry it didn't work out for you. It is a gorgeous property with beautiful mountain views and a great breakfast.
