This house is great for extended stays or quick weekends in Denver.

Beautifully updated 4 bed 3 bath home with large back yard, extended driveway, and lots of off street parking! Garage is not included. This 1800 sq ft ranch home features a beautiful open floor plan with back patio and LARGE outdoor space. There is a master bedroom on its own wing with large walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanities. 3 other bedrooms are serviced by another modern remodeled hallway bath on the other end of the home. There is powder bath off the living area to make 3 separate bathrooms. The home has been recently remodeled with new windows, refinished natural hardwoods, new carpet, new beds, new paint, brand new kitchen, and plush master set up. The home has a fireplace and smart TV and dining table in the living room. There is 2 driveways and a large garage for storage and tons of parking. RV parking on the driveway is available. There is a large private yard. Large gardens coming Spring 2022.

Large pets are not allowed at the home but animals are considered on a case by case basis. Please message us with details. The hot tub in the pictures is no longer at the home so there is NO HOTTUB.

Disappointed

This property has potential, however. The shower head broke our first day and wasn't fixed the whole time we stayed. The grass was so long that we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space. With the long grass and irrigation system the back yard was a swamp. The water pressure in the kitchen was too low. This property has potential but the lack of upkeep made it disappointing.

A great week with family!

We came to Denver for our daughter’s wedding, and chose this property for the location. The house was great! Plenty of room for all 7 of us, a nice outdoor space, and it had everything we needed to have a great week. Highly recommend for a Denver stay!

Definitely coming back :)

This house was super cool! The home felt new and had everything we needed to cook dinners in for the group. The area was close to downtown and Denver university for our visit. We hung out on the covered patio in the evenings and enjoyed the shade. The yard us great and there was lots of off street parking. Def a great spot for a Denver stay! Thanks!
