Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Neighbors were loud all night. Lots of party goers in this area which isn’t great for families on a weekend. But the breakfast and set up of the room were great! We were able to find great parking for a reasonable price as well. A better house keeper and mandatory wind down hours would make this place exceptional. Definitely has potential.

Multiple things in room were broken, soap dispenser, dishwasher, tv remote, towels requested none provided. Hand soap requested, was brought face soap bars. Valet parking is $50 a day or you can pay $35 to park in an alley a block away on one way streets. charge at checkout for “free” breakfast. Coffee and tea, Whether you want it or not is $30 a day plus fees and taxes. Original stay price listed at $119/night. Total per night at checkout was $240 per night plus taxes and fees. The valet staff was very nice, the front desk team was arrogant, and clueless. All that being said, the hotel ambiance and style is cool. A bit hipster but not too “try-hard”.

Dear Catbird Team, I hope this note finds you well. I wanted to reach out with a kind but clear follow-up about our recent stay. We’ve always loved the Catbird, but this visit had several issues that were a real letdown. Marcy had assured us that the Resort Fee and incidental hold would be credited back to our card at checkout, but unfortunately, that hasn’t happened yet. I’m sure it’s just an oversight, but it’s important to us to have that resolved. We also had a few hiccups with the amenities: the hot tubs were cold despite being told they were working, and the record player and Ukelele we borrowed were unfortunately unusable. I know these things can happen, but it did put a damper on our experience. We were excited to use the Vespas on Sunday morning, as Marcy mentioned, but they were unavailable at the time we planned. We also had a non-working television in our room that was never fixed despite being promised otherwise, and we never received the hair dryer we asked for. Finally, the coffee service in the lobby was never refreshed when we asked, which was a small detail but added to the overall disappointment. We really do love the Catbird and hope to see these issues addressed. I would appreciate it if you could ensure the appropriate credits are applied to our account and look into these concerns so that future stays can be as wonderful as they used to be. Thank you so much for your attention and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
