The Space:
Welcome to your serene home-away-from-home in Westminster! This spacious 2,700 sq ft end-unit townhome offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy, nestled among mature trees and vibrant landscaping.

Inside, you'll find two inviting living areas, each equipped with smart TVs—ideal for group gatherings or quiet movie nights. The downstairs living area features LED light strips that coordinate with what's on the TV. Guests will enjoy a gym setup for those wanting to keep up their fitness routine during their stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, including an instant pot and air fryer!

Two spacious bedrooms feature king beds, one with an en suite bathroom including a soaking tub and separate shower. A converted office with a queen bed offers additional sleeping space, and the basement includes another cozy queen bed. You'll also find a twin bed with a pull-out trundle on the upstairs landing—great for kids or additional guests.

Step outside to find lush landscaping, mature trees, and a sense of privacy that makes this space feel like a hidden retreat. And when summer rolls around, make use of the seasonal community pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day—a perfect way to cool off and unwind.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

The townhome was perfect for our family. I want to warn others that the air conditioner has trouble cooling the 3rd floor and office/bedroom. Basement stayed cold indicating the unit is not balanced.You need to leave the door open to keep it somewhat cool.
