Fast and prompt check in. All the staff is very kinda nd friendly! The property is in an odd spot that the GPS usually gets a bit lost, not really the properties fault just technology fault. Unfortunately lots of bugs not in the rooms thankfully but in the hallways and stairs. Breakfast is ok. Mainly consists of carbs.

Comfortable beds, noisy rooms

The staff were all very friendly. We were given a room initially that was loud and vibrating. The owner lived 2 hours away and was the only one who could turn off the vent for the pool apparently. Eventually we were moved to a smaller room because of a cancellation. We could still hear the noise but not as much. We did get moved again the next day and that was fine. The breakfast is ok but not if you are diabetic and trying to limit your carbs. But they don’t claim to have a hot breakfast so that’s fair. Just more informative. I’m on the fence whether I would stay here again. There are so many other options. I’d probably skip the franchise.

The weight room is incredibly tiny. Lack of weights and cardio equipment is something that should be really thought of and considered. It’s literally impossible to have two people in the weight room working out at the same time due to the fact that it is that incredibly small, lack of equipment, lack of weights no water, no towels. No bench. You should have a few more options for breakfast on the protein side, such as bacon sausage, maybe a variety of different style eggs, other than scrambled for seven days in a row I booked online a king size bed and when I checked in, she said it wasn’t available and I got two doubles. Complete waste of space for a guy who was travelling on his own for seven days. I booked a reservation. I should expect to get the reservation I booked. Staff, however, was extremely friendly!! Which was amazing!!

This hotel is very stinky. The whole first floor smells like chlorine, and the rest of the building & rooms smell like cigarettes and mold. The property is in a nice area so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle or belongings, and it’s very quiet, maybe bring a candle or some air freshener with you on your visit

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast was standard but always hot/ cold. A plus was the convenience to highway 470 but the road noise was intolerable!!! The bathroom was substandard & needed updating. Definitely will spend more on a hotel room next visit to Littleton!

We booked the larger room because my son is in a wheelchair, and we needed space to park his wheelchair. The room was clean, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including both hot and cold options. The property is conveniently located near the Park Meadows shopping mall and numerous dining choices. There's even a Starbucks just across from the hotel, which is a nice perk! While the exterior of the property looks a bit outdated, the interior is clean and well-maintained.
