My friend and I were lost after a concert. I tried contacting the Grand Hyatt with no response for directions 3 times. Very scary. I even tried the # the hotel sent me for a 24 hour guaranteed response and got nothing. My friend and I are both seniors and felt that no response at all was unacceptable. We finally called an Uber for help. Also, if you watch the Grand Hyatt world promotions set on your room TV, there was no comparisons. It shows ceramic coffee cups, ours were styrofoam. It shows beautiful meals, but when we ordered on the dinner menu right as the restaurant opened, they were already out of both our selections. How do you run out of something when you’ve just opened? This was not a luxury hotel. Nothing special about it. Even bottled water cost $2.00. Even Motel 6 offer free bottled water. I’ll never stay at a Hyatt again.
