I like that this place feels like an Airbnb without having to worry about cooking for your breakfast or keeping your place tidy. In addition, you get the ammenities that hotels enjoy such as pool and gym. You have the front desk that will help you whenever you have any concern.

Room was clean and very well appointed. The hot water didn't work for a while but they had it working in an hour or so. One of the elevators was not working. Had a bit of a mix up in the early AM when we went down for the shuttle.. they said we had to reserve a spot, we had the night before and were told when to be there. Then the girl went & found the list in another room..maybe they should hand out a ticket or something so the day person knows what the night person did. We would stay there again...liked our room.

They gave my reserved room away on two separate stays The first time they did nothing to accommodate me The second I was so angry they split my party up into different rooms. My room was smelly and very worn The elevator has not been working for ten days

Nice Hotel but need to add Apps to pay other fees

Love the rooms. Kitchen, separate sitting and bedrooms. Dont like parking separate pay and must load an app or scan code when you used to be able to pay at desk and just a few years ago didn’t have to pay for parking. Just add it to room total. Hate what hotels are doing with sneaky fees. Then to top that off if you want to use the washer and dryer you have to add another app to your phone. For these reasons will be looking for a different hotel in the future. Loved the place in past years
