The Charming Berkeley Bungalow is a small but inviting and comfortable carriage house. The property was recently renovated and features old & new pieces, such as an original clawfoot bathtub from 1908 and exposed brick details along with modern amenities like a washer & dryer and AC/Heat.

When you first arrive, walk up the garden stairs and thru to the backyard - just watch for falling plums, apples & pears! Once in the backyard, you'll walk thru the gate and cross the parking area and into the private courtyard. This parking space is for you and can be accessed thru the alleyway. Once in the courtyard, you'll access the unit thru the first door.

As you enter, you'll notice the gorgeous exposed brick and vaulted ceilings that open to the open-concept living & kitchen area.

Directly to the left and thru the restored french doors, you'll step into the cozy bedroom that features premium linens, a queen sized bed and large closet.

Across the unit, you will find the relaxing bathroom complete with a vintage clawfoot tub & shower and laundry area.

Outside, enjoy the home's outdoor living with a fully fenced in yard and bistro table set (bistro set is removed for the winter)

Parking is very easy (alley and street parking).

Located on a peaceful, tree-lined street, close access to tons of restaurants, breweries, and shops and a 10 minute walk to the famous Tennyson St. and 15 minute walk to Highlands Square.
