I stay here a lot. Have seen major improvement in cleanliness. The staff is excellent. For the lower hotel price, breakfast is adequate. Would prefer real bacon, and maybe a little more variety; i.e, fruit, ham. All in all, this place is reasonable priced, clean, free breakfast.

Depends what you're looking for: a comfortable bed and a clean room for a great price, this place deserves 6 stars. For this price you get a very basic breakfast, carpets that are a bit threadbare, and a slow elevator. But the general manager, Noori, is very pleasant, polite, and helpful. I needed a couple of pages printed out (I didn't have printer with me) and she got it done. The place does have a swimming pool and some people who used it said that it was good. In summary, if you're looking to get something that delivers the basics of a decent sized and clean room with a good bed for a very modest price, I strongly recommend this place.

Not the worst place ive stayed, however the elevator was very sketchy the buttons did not light up and the panel was loose it also opened super slow and made lots of noises sounding like it was strained. Halls needed a coat of paint and some cleaning. Room itself was not bad. Only real light was in the bathroom rest of the room was one single lamp. Then ac creeked all night and the pillows are flat after a hour.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was so-so - no fruit, limited juice. Did not eat there 2nd night. The pool area was not clean nor could you find anywhere to run the jets for the hot tub. No one was using it. Asked for a room to be reserved for another family member - gave them another room on another floor.

The room had multiple holes and wasn't very clean one of the tables in room had a broken leg there also want a do not disturb sign the facility itself wasn't very clean and the front desk wasn't always there and didn't have a way to page then before checking in I called 3 times before they answered the area around didn't seem very safe

It was a okay stay. We just stayed one night. The property is not well maintained. Our door had about an inch from the door to the door frame. As I told my son you could throw a cat through it. Therefore, the door barely latched and I did not feel secure. Also there was a car whose car alarm was going off from time to time throughout the night and the cooling unit did not work as it should. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Unhappy with checkin

Not impressed with with the person for checking in, harrassment that my aunt and her 14 year old grand daughter claiming i booked the room for the 14 year old and she needed an id when i stated that her grandmother whos name was listed first and her 14 year old grand daughter were staying in the room, she proceeded on to tell me not to list the people next time when it was asked whom was staying in the room, i have stayed at several Quality Inns and eill never stay at another nor will i book rooms for my family at another.

The hotel property might be more adequate for an hourly rental, I can’t describe anything that wasn’t broken , doors lights, carpet missing, holes in the walls main doors busted in half. What a horrible experience and of course no refund! Ha you go ahead and keep it , maybe fix some of your junk!!! WORTHLESS!

I found the hotel to be very rundown, and neglected. The hallways were dingy and marked up, and needed painting. The bathtub had dirty footprints in it, and the ceiling above it had obviously had a leak and was sagging and had holes drilled in it. That room should never have been rented out in that condition.
