Additional features include: laundry, 2-car garage, high speed internet, office capabilities with wireless printer, dining area for 12 and EV charging station in the garage. This home is perfect for family or any type of gathering! Minutes to the freeway, to access mountains, or 30 minutes to downtown Denver.We are a dog friendly home as long as your dog is house trained and you pay our pet fee.
