Travelers beware it’s not as it seems online

Not as it comes across in photos online. It’s is a basement apartment with her and her big dogs living upstairs. There is no ac as advertised, only a swamp cooler. Very low ceilings. You do not control the lights once inside the locked unit. There is a strange door in the bathroom where you cannot lock from your side. On the same door there is a pet door that is open where anyone/thing can put their head in as you do your business in the bathroom. There is only 1 exit from the basement which you may meet the owner and her large smelly dogs. Wished the owner had just been honest about what it was from the get go. We didn’t end up staying here after we saw it in person and the owner refused to work on any kind of a refund. Horrible experience.

Excellent accommodations and a great host. Sarah went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and well looked after. 5 star rating!!
