N/A We didn't require a breakfast on this stay. Our room was clean and comfortable as always and our request for a ground floor room was met as one of our party was unable to access stairs. Thankyou Days Inn for another relaxing stay 🙂

Great Hotel Amazing Staff

We have visited this property numerous times to attend the BTCC meeting at the nearby Donington Park circuit. Never had a problem but this time the receptionist tried to charge us extra for rooms that we had already paid for. Denise and Sian (both legends) sorted the problem out before we left to attend race day on Sunday.

Great for a stay over for Alton Towers.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a powerful shower. The rooms were very hot being on the motorway when windows were opened the noise of the cars was audible. Despite this we had a good stay and went on to Alton Towers which was very close by.

Lovely hotel for the price its really value for money ive stayed probably 20 times this year my only thing i can same i was let down by is the heat of the room when it was very hot outside which isnt helped so i wouldn't give a star less for something that couldn't be helped but the last couple times i stayed i was really offended but the receptionist was really rude didn't make me feel welcomed was really rude i asked for a fan she didnt look at me said no sorry so i said ok then next time she was acting rude shutbme down before i fishined which is really disappointing has the other staff are the loveliest people i don't think she full English with blonde hair i havenr been back since to be honest

Hotel chosen to visit family locally. It’s on a small service station. Hotel in reasonable condition and staff friendly enough. After first day when coming back to room we found room not cleaned and learned afterwards cleaning is not done as default, you have to hang sign on door to request it. This is not obvious although hotel provided some posters around and QR code to access the list of services. Our hotel room overlooked the adjacent petrol forecourt and service yard with skips. We were awoken several times by noise and announcements over a PA from petrol forecourt and also by a lorry coming to empty said skips. Room has no aircon - just desk fan. Hotel ok for quick stop over.

Unexpected fees that were not obvious on Hotels.co

Pleasant lady on check in, but we were hit with a £20 fee for our dog and £5 for parking. If these were made more obvious on Hotels.com we wouldnt have booked, because a more luxurious hotel would have been available for the total price. Comfy bed though and very clean.
