nice friendly staff, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, the food in the hotel looked lovely, but we had arranged to meet friends elsewhere, there are lots of eating choices a short walk away if you didn't want to eat in the hotel - would stay again.

No a good hotel
When I arrived, the woman at the reception asked me to wait 20 minutes until she finished her lunch. I sat at the bar until she and the other person finished their lunch. Then it took her only 2 minutes to give me my room and key. The room was small and in disrepair, the lamp in the bathroom didn't work, and the one over the desk was rusted and missing its cover with all the wires exposed. I stayed 2 days, they didn't change the towels and didn't take the rubbish away. The person who came to do the cleaning only drew the curtains and nothing else. I don't recommend it, but it is cheap.
