Great little find clean and fresh.
I thought breakfast was included but this is additional cost in pub next door.

Comfortable and friendly place to stay

I would prefer a slightly bigher bed, but it was comfortable. Living room and kitchen bwry nice. Great location with some restaurnats around it and great for a walk in thw canal.

The room was pleasant but i could hear the neighbouring occupant.
The outside is currently a building site, not a problem but less welcoming.
