I liked the theme and family environment. I didn’t like the fact that my room was never freshened up at all during my stay I don’t know why but I ran out of garbage can space my bed was not done once no fresh towels no hand soap or anything that would make me feel welcomed, I will not come back.

Pretty good.

This is a nice hotel. It seems new , so it is extremely clean. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The design of the hotel rooms is a little different and small. There isn’t a designated shower room, the shower is directly across for the sink. There is a door on the toilet area with French doors. Not a lot of privacy. No big deal if I was just with my husband & I but our adult son shared the room with us

We stay here regularly on the weekends, and the staff is always so nice and this is a very clean hotel. Our Kid's love this Hotels. We travel a lot and this is our Favorite in the Des Moines Area

The layout of the room is terrible. No privacy for the shower. TV channel access was brutal. Bedroom area cramped. Bathroom doors don’t lock. For $180 per night it was a total rip off. $50 would been too much. Very disappointed with the Aloft and will never stay there again.
