Very disappointed in this property. My reservation was for three nights starting on Monday. I was unable to make the trip so called the property Monday morning, as a courtesy, to let them know I wouldn’t be going. The individual that took my call asked me for my name, then pulled up my reservation and said, “there is a 24 hour cancellation policy” to which I responded “I understand” then she hung up on me. Very disappointed in the rudeness of the individual. It’s not like I was trying to get my money back, was just being courteous to let them know I wouldn’t make the trip. Needless to say I won’t schedule another reservation at this hotel

Likes: The room was spacious and clean. We had a king size bed (very comfortable) and it had a seperate sitting area with a pull out couch, tv and desk. The bathroom had a night light which was very nice. The room was clean. Dislikes: A lot of kids running around and sports teams there (no room to sit for breakfast). The cleaning lady keyed into our room at 9:00 am without knocking and we hadn't checked out. If it would have been a couple of minutes later, I would have been naked coming from the shower. The conditioner was out and needed to be replaced. I have thick hair so I was thankful I bring additional conditioner.

The staff was very friendly. Nice spacious room. Bathroom was a good size nice hit shower. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast is your typical hot and cold choices. Would stay here again
