This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown.

Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.

Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with 60 Inch smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

*note* - Both bedrooms do not have doors. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft and the downstairs bedroom has an open entry that is sectioned off by a curtain.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

Guests can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay!

The front door utilize a security camera that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.

This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character.

**Pet Policy**
Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.

$75 pet fee
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unregistered pets are subject to a double priced pet fee.

5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each.

7. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.

8. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you'd like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.

9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

DSM Downtown Loft

The loft is a bit chilly in the winter but there are space heaters. It is close to restaurants and the skywalks to help get around without venturing into the elements. Dan is a very responsive host and took care of any questions or needs when they arose.

The property was well-situated, well-laid out and very comfortable for our purposes. This is a great unit in a perfect location. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars & the wonderful Des Moines Farmers Market is directly below. The unit is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Des Moines.

The condo was great, right above a cool cocktail bar and within walking distance of other DSM activities. The condo has a nice open design with high ceilings; which allows sound to carry well. We had no issues with this but if you were traveling with a group or if individuals were to go to be early it maybe something to consider.

This is a beautiful apartment, as pictured. Great communication with owner. Top floor, concrete floors, and one unit next door seemed to be empty, so we didn’t hear much noise from the street or other units. (Keep in mind with such high ceilings that noise may carry!) Only real downside was no parking included but we parked out front with no problem.

Quick Getaway

This apartment has lovely natural light and a bold yet simple vibe. Worked well for 3 adults and a Granddog. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light at night, as there is not a good way to cover 2nd story big windows. The atmosphere was perfect for daytime coworking, and comfy for evening card games. Daniel was an attentive host.
