There were some noticeable unclean areas on night stand and the mattress was dirty on the pull out bed. The space of the room was nice, but not as clean as we were hoping for. Breakfast had no silverware or coffee.

Parking was difficult due to a toter with large trailer taking 7 spaces and a box truck taking 3 spots when we came to the hotel at 1045 pm in the rain. Frustrating.

The late night check in left something to be desired. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was a mess. The check in lady was not too friendly but the morning staff was very friendly.

The parking is very limited. We were provided a parking pass for the hotel lot but we ended up having to park 2 blocks down from the hotel. Very frustrating. Other people were running up and down the hotel halls around 4 am and pounding on doors.
