Great Holiday Retreat

We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and better than advertised. It was well-appointed and the owners thought of all our needs. The location was great; it was close to Jordan Creek Mall and had many other dining and entertainment opportunities nearby. It is very easy to access from the interstate. We will stay here again for our next stay in Des Moines.

We had a great time at this condo; it was exactly what we were looking for. Easy check in, very secure building, really nice, friendly residents. Condo was spotless, furniture comfortable, and the best mattress I have ever slept on (even took the sheets off so I could see what brand it was)! Communication with owner was spot on. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

Perfect location for Vibrant Music Center

My daughter and I saw a concert at the new Vibrant music center and the apartment was perfect! It was within walking distance of the music center and Smokey Row Coffee. Super clean, safe, quiet, exactly as pictured and the beds were really comfortable. We hope to catch another concert and will definitely be back!!

Waukee Apartment

Ryan Davis was an excellent host, answered all my inquiries. Very comfortable quarters and easy access. It would have been better if there was a shower seat for the handicap shower. Very satisfied customers and will remember this for our next visit to family in Iowa.
