**Please note: This is a very quiet unit with no children amenities, and not recommended to guests with children under 10 yrs old.

This was by far a great stay-cation for my spouse and I on our trip back to Iowa our home state...the host was amazing and response times were quick and efficient.The property was well stocked and super clean and quiet, really couldn't have found a better place.....I would highly recommend this property for anyone else seeking a clean quiet and pristine stay in Waukee Iowa.

overall great, but not ideal for light sleepers

Newer, modern unit. Property manager communication was fast and helpful. Spare supplies were adequate. The major hiccup was there were no curtains on the window above the King bed/owners bedroom and it was too bright to sleep in. Also, street noise was quite loud; we ended up having to move to the smaller bedroom with a queen bed since it was darker and the AC return unit hum masked the street noise. A list of checkout instructions somewhere in the unit would have been helpful.

Great Holiday Retreat

We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and better than advertised. It was well-appointed and the owners thought of all our needs. The location was great; it was close to Jordan Creek Mall and had many other dining and entertainment opportunities nearby. It is very easy to access from the interstate. We will stay here again for our next stay in Des Moines.

Waukee Apartment

Ryan Davis was an excellent host, answered all my inquiries. Very comfortable quarters and easy access. It would have been better if there was a shower seat for the handicap shower. Very satisfied customers and will remember this for our next visit to family in Iowa.

Retreat from the AZ Heat

We retired to Arizona but still have family and friends in Iowa. This was the perfect place to allow for a relaxing visit to see lots of people while escaping the late summer AZ heat. The building is fairly new, and conveniently located for that. The building was safe and secure and we enjoyed having a fitness room for our use. When we arrived there were some minor issues that we were not aware of, but they were taken care of right away. Over all, it was a great place to stay and we look forward to staying there again.

Great condo, excellent location!

We had a great time at this condo; it was exactly what we were looking for. Easy check in, very secure building, really nice, friendly residents. Condo was spotless, furniture comfortable, and the best mattress I have ever slept on (even took the sheets off so I could see what brand it was)! Communication with owner was spot on. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

Iowa State Fair Visit

My wife and I, brother and his wife stayed during the Iowa state fair. We are all retired and enjoyed our stay. The free waffles were a nice touch. The only negative we experienced was some highway noise. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great place

Very clean. Great communication with owner, even with photos to help us get in, which was very helpful. Only criticism was proximity to a road which was very busy. We heard a lot of traffic, including what seemed to be a high-speed chase in the middle of the night. But if anyone is attending a concert at the Vibrant Music Hall, you couldn't stay much closer to that than this place.

It was fine, but there was a few things. The 2nd bedroom the sheets had been used. When I pulled the cover down it looked like someone just got out of bed and threw the cover over the sheets. Gross! Lots of hair in the shower. Kitchen needs more Utilities for cooking. Probably will not be back
