Horrible experience. The pool area was overwhelming my full with unauthorized kids and adults, yet the staff did nothing to kick people out. Kids were smoking weed in the rooms and public bathrooms. At approximately 9pm there was a shooting near the pool area less than 50 feet from the table my family was sitting at. We had to evacuate the building and ultimately left the property for safety concerns. Worst experience in a hotel.

We agreed to move rooms because the suite we ordered a few weeks before was unavailable. We were put in separate rooms and told one was free. Put a little damper on our family time together. The Internet constantly lost connection. The volume on the remote in rm 170 does not work. We did get a message shortly after arrival asking how the room was. I sent the concerns and never got a response. The shower water control in rm 172 is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. The room temperature control is unstable. It just seemed to not remain on the setting we programmed. We realized it would be a bit noisy, but it was out of control. Constant sounds of children running up and down the hallways late in the evening. Random knocking on our doors. Saturday evening around 9-9:30 about the time I was getting my grandkids to bed we heard a vacuum cleaner. Upon my checkout I wanted to know if I had received my AARP discount. I was told no because there was already a discount on my bill, but they didn't know what it was. She said they could not give two discounts. Neither desk personnel asked if I had a good stay or even thanked me for staying. Took two of my grandkids to the attached restaurant for lunch Saturday. The chicken plate was both pieces looking like they were the smallest available. The macaroni was a very small serving and the boneless wings were apparently lukewarm. We did leave a tip as the waitress was also our cook and bartender taking care of a customer.

No hot water in the shower, TV didn't work, everyone smelled like weed- even around their own kids, pool water was scummy, parents stumbling around drunk from the attached bar, grown men oggling young kids, life guards don't pay attention. Not a place I'd recommend at all!!!

The breakfast area had very few choices, was slow, and nobody spoke English so it was hard to ask questions. The owner of the restaurant told us he hates breakfast because they use his establishment and was rude. The toilet kept running and had to fix it. Our TV wouldn't connect, so unable to use. There were holes all over the carpet. The towel holders are broken and our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. It was very hard to breathe in the pool area, because there was no ventilation. The front desk staff was amazing!!! The lifeguards were awesome!!!

The room was clean but the phone that was in the room was busted, so we had to use our own to call the front desk to bring extra towels to the room. Which was a waste of time because we had to go to the front desk to get own towels because they refused to walk them to our room. Guess there is no such thing as room service anymore. Also could not use Netflix on their tv as it is outdated. The pools were as clean as they could be since there were multiple events going on that weekend but the hot tub was disgusting! Was only a couple in there and the water was cloudy and oily.
