Our bathroom had hair all over, the toilet was broken, the refrigerator was broken, the beds were miserable. Overall horrible experience. I never write bad reviews, I would NEVER stay here again.

Room was not clean at all and smelled terrible shower ceiling was falling apart and there was trash left under my bed as well as other random items that did not belong to me. Breakfast was subpar and we were not even told their was a pool available

I was checked into a dirty 2 room suite, there was a strangers hat left on the floor plus blood on the bathroom floor and wall. When i complained i was told i would have to downgrade my room, which was not an option. Long story short it was a5 day long ordeal to get 1/2 my stay refunded, through points because they wouldn't just refund my money. The hotel assistant manager and general manner were very rude and didn't deal with the issue to my satisfaction. I would bypass this hotel everytime.

Front desk staff was extremely pleasant! Overall condition of the hotel was good, location was good, room was a little bit musty, but air conditioning worked great to help. Solve the problem. Very comfortable stay!
